Our award-winning executive head chef, Martin Sherriff, is classically French trained with a contemporary twist to his cooking. Known for his approach to game, fish, local Cotswold and foraged ingredients.  Martin presents modern British seasonal cuisine influenced by French cooking techniques and an appreciation of the best quality ingredients available. Using the best quality local beef, The Waggon and Horses is a steakhouse like no other. 

Our menu contains pub classics alongside superb seasonal specials, using the finest & fresh locally sourced ingredients. We also have a range of daily specials available. Kids menu also available.
